Yoga and Pilates in Park Slope


New Leaf is a neighborhood integrative fitness studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where we teach yoga, Pilates and the joy of movement. We offer more than 20 small group classes per week, including early morning, prenatal, postnatal and outdoor classes.

Arriving at New Leaf on the edge of Prospect Park, you’ll meet our band of talented teachers in leading edge movement disciplines.

We’ll invite you to workouts that are mindful, challenging in just the right measure, and fresh. Each New Leaf teacher offers something special. All are highly trained, certified in their crafts, and inspiring.

Privates and duets are available in both yoga and Pilates (mat/equipment).
