New Leaf is a neighborhood integrative fitness studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where we teach yoga, Pilates, and the joy of movement. We offer a full range of Hatha, Vinyasa and Pilates mat classes. New Leaf teachers are highly trained and fun, and will help you spot your next challenge, or simply unwind. Our studio is clean, clear, and full of light. We have classes throughout the week, including early morning yoga and Pilates in Park Slope.

Privates and duets are available in yoga or Pilates (mat / equipment). We also offer Thai massage, an ancient art of gentle, assisted yoga stretching and restorative postures. Thai massage appointments include the option of flying yoga (a gentle supported suspension or inversion). Yes, you can play airplane again.

Our aim is to help make a joyful movement practice sustainable for you. Our highly trained teachers will show you workouts you can do on your own anywhere. We can guide you in finding your own healthy alignment. We suggest postures and exercises that are perfect for your body today.
